For car wash operators

Is your wash club paying for itself, or discounting washes members would have paid full price for?

Find out what your wash club, price changes and equipment upgrades did at every site, with each site read vs. a twin built from your sites that didn't make the change.

What we read for car washes

  • Wash club memberships

Each early member vs. a twin built from members who joined later, so you see what the club adds after the discount.

  • Prices and promotions

Whether a price change or a promotion made money at each site, after the discount.

  • Equipment and tunnel upgrades

What an upgrade added at each site, leaving out the weeks the tunnel was down.

  • Staffing and hours

Whether added staff or longer hours paid for themselves.

Why weather doesn't throw the read off

  • A rainy or freezing week can cut a site's washes in half, so year-over-year comparisons mostly measure the weather.
  • Each site's twin is built from your sites that moved with it week by week before the change, which in practice means sites that share its weather.
  • A rainy week hits the twin too, so it drops out of the gap between the site and its twin.

What we need, and what stays with you

We need:

  • Weekly washes and sales by site, split by wash package and membership if your system keeps them
  • The date each change started at each site
  • 1 to 2 years of history

We never ask for:

  • Names, plate numbers or anything else that identifies a customer
  • Card numbers or payment data
